CSU Foundation Merit Scholarship
Established in 2012, the Foundation Merit Scholarship Program (FMS) promises to make the Coppin experience more desirable to students who have demonstrated academic success. Through generous donations from alumni, friends, and employees, the Foundation Merit Scholarships are among the most prestigious offered by the University. Contributions to the Foundation Merit Scholarship Program are an investment in the long-term success of our brightest stars.
Foundation Merit Scholarships are awarded to students who have demonstrated high academic performance. Awards are renewed annually for recipients who remain enrolled full-time and meet all academic requirements. Each scholarship is named after its donor or in honor or memory of someone designated by the donor and is fully funded with $25,000. Donors are honored by having their photographs hung in a place of distinction on the Coppin State University campus and are invited to the annual Foundation Merit Scholarship Induction Ceremony.
