Panway is a large residential community located between Coppin State University to the east and the Walbrook Neighborhood to the west. The neighborhood is also sometimes referred to as Panway-Braddish. Panway is mostly composed of porch-fronted rowhomes along with a small number of senior living and modern apartment buildings, such as the new Walbrook Mill Apartments. Located just south of Hanlon Park, the neighborhood has excellent access to nature, including the Urban Oasis, a multipurpose community green space. It is also home to the future Walbrook Mill Food Hall and the Open Works West, a community maker space.
