Healthy Neighborhoods Loan Program: Loans are available to acquire/rehab a home; to refinance/rehab your property; and to make home improvements. Incentives include below-market interest rate, only 3% down, borrow up to 110% of after-rehab value, no private mortgage insurance, and free design advice. Restrictions apply.
